🌈 The Belong List
Recognising people who show up, speak up, and lift others - Powered by We Belong™
What is The Belong List?
The Belong List is not just a list, it’s a movement.
It exists to recognise everyday people doing extraordinary things by showing up as themselves and creating spaces where others feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether they’ve shifted workplace culture, championed inclusion behind the scenes, or simply embodied belonging in their community. This list honours their impact!
You Deserve to be celebrated....

🌟 Who Is It For?
We’re looking for individuals from all walks of life who:
-
Have shown courage in their identity
-
Made a positive impact on others
-
Created or protected spaces of belonging
-
Quietly shifted culture, policies, or perspectives
Whether they’re known or unsung, loud or quiet, seasoned or just starting out, if they’ve made someone feel like they belong, they deserve a place on the list.
🧡 Why It Matters
At We Belong™, we believe that belonging shouldn’t be reserved for the privileged few.
It should be felt in the meeting room and the classroom, in the workplace and the neighbourhood, in quiet moments and bold actions.
The Belong List shines a spotlight on those helping to make that vision real.
Those named to The Belong List will receive:
💜 A personalised digital certificate
💜 A permanent place in The Belong Registry™
💜 The right to use the post-nominal: Name, TBL
💜 A featured spotlight across We Belong™ platforms
💜 A digital badge for LinkedIn and email use
💜 Optional merchandise and recognition gifts
More importantly, they’ll know their story matters.

How the Belong List™ Cycle Works
The Belong list™ are awarded twice a year in March and September.
Each cycle, we invite nominations from across all walks of life, spotlighting individuals whose personal stories and lived experiences have inspired inclusion, courage, and belonging.
Whether you’re nominating yourself or someone else, every submission is reviewed with care by our panel, and successful Honourees are announced during our biannual recognition moments.
